Saturday, December 6 th is the last day of classes for 2025 The Symphonic Band and Training Orchestra will perform in a short concert to be held in the George Street Normal School Hall beginning at 10.00am which should end by 10:30 approx. They will go to their 9:40 session as normal for a quick rehearsal before commencing in the hall at 10:00. A second concert will begin in the Hall at 11:30am when the Junior Symphonia , Guitar Ensemble , Recorder Consort , and the Community Orchestra will perform. This should end by 12:30pm. All pupils, families and friends are invited to these free concerts . All classes will run as usual unless tutors have informed pupils of a change to the timetable for that last Saturday. Enrolments and Instrument Hire: We will be accepting late re-enrolments online but al l students who have not re-enrolled and rehired their instrument for 2026 must return the instrument to their teacher (or our office) by Saturday 6th December. Anyone requiring an extension must make an arrangement with the Co-ordinator or Instrument Supervisor. We would like to thank all parents for supporting their children throughout the year in our music programme. We wish you all an enjoyable holiday and look forward to seeing many of you back next year. Our classes start again in 2026 on Saturday, 21st Feb.
